Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers Build Your Brand Now™ subscriptions and Digital Business Services offered by Shanta Lana LLC.

Subscriptions and renewal

Ignite: $25/month or $275/year
Ascend: $55/month or $600/year
Soar: $99/month or $990/year

Subscriptions renew on the selected billing schedule until canceled. There is no free trial configured. Review the price, billing interval, taxes and other charges shown at checkout. Usage-based services may carry separate charges; a subscription does not make all usage free or unlimited. Included usage credits are Ignite $10, Ascend $25 and Soar $100. Credits do not renew monthly and are not redeemable for cash. Review eligible usage and rates in your account.

Cancel a subscription

Email [email protected] with your account name and a cancellation request before your next renewal. Do not include passwords or card numbers. We will confirm the effective date. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the current paid period, unless a separate lawful reason requires restriction. If you use a billing-area cancellation option, keep its confirmation; contact us if the timing is unclear or differs from these terms.

Stopping use, unsubscribing from marketing or requesting deletion of personal information does not itself cancel a subscription.

Subscription refunds

Unused time or credits are not automatically refunded. Billing errors, duplicate charges and exceptional refund requests are reviewed individually. Email your account name, charge date, amount and reason to request a review. Approval is not guaranteed. Approved refunds return through the original payment method where supported; processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

One-time Digital Services projects

Cancel before production starts for a refund. After production starts, refund requests are reviewed against completed work and committed costs. Approved revision rounds are included; additional scope requires a separate quote. Email [email protected] with your project or order reference and request.

Delivery windows begin after the order is accepted, scope is confirmed and required materials are complete. Expedited delivery requires production approval before an additional fee is charged. Hosting, domains, advanced integrations and ongoing maintenance are separate unless included in the written scope. Recurring professional service engagements use their own written scope and payment terms.

Plan changes and account closure

Review any new price or proration shown before changing plans. No particular proration or automatic refund is promised. Export information you need before access ends; contact support for export or closure assistance. Billing and other records may be retained for applicable obligations and dispute resolution.
