Shanta Lana LLC operates Build Your Brand Now™ Business Automation and Digital Business Services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our websites, inquire, book a consultation, purchase services, use a platform account or contact support.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, inquiry, appointment details, project materials, account information and support messages. Order records may include the service or plan purchased, billing contact information, transaction references, payment status and subscription details. Payment details are collected through secure payment-provider checkout; do not send card numbers or passwords by email or inquiry form.

Our websites and service providers may collect IP addresses, device and browser information, access times, website activity, logs and cookies used for functionality, security and performance. Your browser settings can limit cookies; doing so may affect features. Where applicable, optional tracking is subject to the choices presented to you.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, provide and personalize services, configure accounts and approved automations, deliver projects, administer purchases and subscriptions, provide support, maintain records, improve reliability, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We use contact information for promotional messages only as permitted by law and your applicable choices. We do not treat a service inquiry or purchase alone as consent to automated marketing text messages.

Mobile messaging opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers helping deliver messages may receive the information needed to perform that service.

Business contacts and platform data

If you upload customer contacts, messages, files or other business data to your account, you must have authority and any required consent to do so. You control the purposes for which you use your customers’ information and are responsible for your own privacy notices and messaging permissions. We handle that information to provide the requested platform services and support, subject to your agreement with us and applicable law.

Communications and your choices

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message. For enrolled text messaging, message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact us by email. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. We may still send essential account, order, security or billing communications as permitted by law. Opting out of marketing does not cancel a subscription.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain necessary business and billing records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. The period varies by the type of record, service and purpose. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Ask us for an approved method before sending confidential materials or granting account access.

Privacy requests

Contact [email protected] to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Legal, security, contractual and recordkeeping exceptions may apply; we will explain any applicable limitation. Account deletion or a privacy request does not itself cancel a paid plan; use the cancellation process in our published policy.

Children

Our services are intended for adult business users and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
